A well-established Buffalo organization is seeking a Project Accountant on a full-time this role you will perform a variety of accounting tasks including:

Maintaining project financial records including contracts and invoices
Assisting with preparation of project budgets and entering data into the accounting system
Monitoring and reviewing costs
Determining appropriate revenue recognition
Preparing and issuing client invoices in accordance with contract terms
Generating client statements and conduct collection calls as needed
Collaborating with project managers and team leaders on budgets and billing status
Providing training and guidance to junior staff and interns

The successful candidate possesses superb time management prioritization and multitasking skills. Strong communication skills and a high attention to detail are also needed in this role.

Higher compensation may be considered for exceptional experience.
