Call Center Training Facilitator

About the Role
In this position you will:
Lead design and support training initiatives across our call center
Deliver high-impact new hire training and support ongoing job development
Partner with leadership to monitor performance and behaviors to identify coaching opportunities
Build strong relationships with trainees and frontline agents to promote a positive learning environment

Key Qualifications
2 years in call center training or facilitation
Experience developing and delivering new training materials
Strong understanding of call center KPIs and sales processes
Excellent communication skills with comfort speaking to groups
Strong familiarity with call center technology CRM systems and data management software
