The Graduate Programs Recruiter plays a critical role in supporting enrollment growth and visibility for the College of Educations graduate programs. Reporting directly to the Dean (or Associate Dean if applicable) this position is responsible for the recruitment outreach and enrollment pathway of prospective graduate students across all College of Education programs. The Recruiter develops and implements strategies to attract high-quality applicants manages relationships with external partners and provides personalized support to prospective students from initial inquiry through application submission.
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of two (2) years of experience in student recruitment admissions marketing or related field.
Masters degree in education higher education administration counseling or related field.
Knowledge of Slate or Banner
Experience recruiting for graduate or professional programs in higher education.
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding enrollment targets.
Familiarity with Tennessee higher education and PK12 educator pathways.
Documented success in planning or executing outreach events and/or student recruitment campaigns.
Experience using CRM admissions or student information systems to track leads and enrollment outcomes.
