About the Role
We are seeking a professional and welcoming Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our company. This role is essential in creating a positive impression for visitors and clients while providing administrative support to ensure the front office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls promptly to the appropriate departments or individuals.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain the reception area ensuring it is clean organized and presentable.
Schedule and coordinate appointments meetings and conference room usage.
Provide general administrative support to office staff as needed.

Qualifications
