RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Works with customers and technicians to identify required maintenance
- Advises customer on necessary and suggested services
- Recommends and offers additionalservices and repairs to customer
- Computes service order costs and provides estimate costs for additional repairs
- Follows up with customer regarding questions or concerns
- Maintains customer satisfaction scores at or above company standards
REQUIREMENTS:
- Service Advisor experience in automotive environment
- Strong communication skills
- Performs well under pressure
- Proficient with computer organizational and time management abilities
- Valid drivers license required
