Location: Makarba Ahmedabad – 380051 (Work from Office)
Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Flexible)
Employment Type: Full-time In-office
Experience Level: 2 Years
Compensation: 240000 – 360000 LPA
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced UI/UX Designer to join our Ahmedabad team. As Codiple’s first design hire you’ll be responsible for crafting intuitive and engaging experiences for both No-Code/Low-Code platforms and Traditional Development projects (websites web apps and mobile apps). You will collaborate closely with developers and business teams to deliver high-quality user-friendly designs that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities

Design user-centric interfaces for No-Code/Low-Code platforms (Webflow FlutterFlow) and traditional projects (custom web & mobile applications).

Create wireframes user flows mockups and interactive prototypes in Figma.

Work with developers to ensure smooth handoff and accurate design implementation.

Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.

Develop and maintain design systems guidelines and brand consistency.

Stay updated with design trends across both modern no-code platforms and traditional workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer.

Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work across web and mobile projects.

Proficiency in Figma (must-have); Adobe XD or other design tools is a plus.

Understanding of both No-Code/Low-Code workflows and traditional development processes.

Solid grasp of UX principles user journeys typography and color theory.

Strong problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
