Description of the Position: (Purpose of the Position): The student recruiting work study supports coaches in all aspects of student-athlete recruitment includingidentifying potential student-athletes creating information on prospects and fostering communication between potential athletes and the current staff.

Transferable Skills: Organization leadership time management.

Duties and Responsibilities: Accessing and using recruitingdatabase(s) to identify potential prospects researching meet results creating written and social media opportunitiesfor communication.

Qualifications: (Education/Experience/Skills) Applicants should have a background in competitive swimming computer and writing skills and working with coaching staff as well as peers.
