Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Event Sales Director to oversee and drive private event sales for two prestigious club locations: Country Club of Hilton Head and The Golf Club at Indigo Run.
This role requires a strategic and organized professional who can effectively manage event sales efforts across both clubs ensuring each location meets its individual goals while maintaining a cohesive sales strategy. The ideal candidate will balance their time and resources between the two clubs collaborate with on-site teams and deliver exceptional service and results for each property. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact across multiple venues while working with a passionate and high-performing team.
The Event Sales Director is responsible for the strategic oversight selling planning and coordination of all aspects of event sales operations at the club. The Event Sales Director leads the event sales team to ensure the delivery of exceptional member and guest experiences while achieving the clubs annual event sales goals. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies cultivating key client relationships and working closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to create competitive event offerings. The Director is accountable for the overall financial performance of the event sales department ensuring that all activities align with the clubs business objectives and service standards
