Pay Rate: $18/hour
Duration: 3 Months
The Patient Access Representative is responsible for scheduling patient appointments processing referrals verifying insurance eligibility and ensuring medical necessity compliance. This role requires strong communication skills attention to detail and fluency in Spanish to support a diverse patient population.
Process referrals and schedule patient appointments in a timely manner.
Verify patient eligibility and insurance coverage.
Ensure compliance with medical necessity guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Education: High School Diploma or GED (preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in medical scheduling front desk or patient access.
Language: Spanish fluency required.
