What You Will Be Doing:
In this role you will lead a dedicated team of senior service technicians and office assistants who play a vital role in reviewing and processing applications for Home and Community Based Waiver Programs and State Plan Programs. You will be responsible for fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment through hiring training and day-to-day oversight. Your leadership will directly influence the quality and efficiency of services provided to Alaskans. This position also involves conducting performance evaluations providing coaching and development opportunities and collaborating with the Health Program Manager II on disciplinary matters when necessary.

The Working Environment You Can Expect:
Team members and supervisors are located in Anchorage at 1835 Bragaw Street. This location is convenient to shops restaurants and trails. This position is scheduled for an 8-hour workday; start and stop times can be flexible between the hours of 8 am and 5:00 pm. The position includes the capacity for a hybrid telework schedule following the completion of a successful probationary period.
