Were looking for a dedicated Vehicle Biller to join our office team and help support our growing sales operations.
Position Overview:
As a Car Biller youll be responsible for processing vehicle deals - ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner to the appropriate parties including the DMV lenders and internal departments. This role requires precision organizational skills and a strong understanding of automotive paperwork and titling requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
*Process vehicle sales including reviewing deal jackets for completeness and compliance
*Post vehicle sales into the DMS (Dealer Management System) accurately
*Verify accuracy of purchase contracts rebates sales tax trade-in values and payoff amounts
*Reconcile vehicle receivables and ensure funding is received from lenders
*Maintain accurate filing and tracking of all title and registration documents
*Communicate with finance managers sales team accounting and DMV representatives
*Handle product cancellations and account reconciliation as needed
Qualifications:
*1-3 years of billing/title clerk experience in an automotive dealership
*Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
*Experience with dealership software
*Excellent organizational and communication skills
*High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality
