What success looks like in this role:
- Provides second level of support to associates and leaders by responding to asks/requests or providing advises recommendation on HR-related services.
- Implement HR processes and solutions in line with established policies practices and procedures. These processes include New Hires and Terminations in the covered regions
- Undertaking change management initiatives which may involve planning driving implementing and managing the change often on a project basis
- Ensure local HR practices and standards conform to Government and company policy guidelines and initiatives
- Prompt accurate consistent and quality Human Resource services in the region Responds to inquiries from employees managers as well as the HR team (including the AP HR Directors).
- Representing the company at mediation/external meetings regarding employment relations cases as required Reporting and analysis
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Minimum of 5 years in generalist HR roles with increasing responsibilities - all HR functions
- Strong Employee Relations experience with ability to provide good advice to leaders and employees
- Good written & oral communication skills
- Comes forward in identifying issues with solution options well articulated
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks allocated
- Commitment to adhere to defined HR processes
- Takes direction with ease & acceptance.
- Proficient in excel word powerpoint & other tools in the Microsoft Office program
