This Position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities

You will have the opportunity to be responsible for data management analyzing performance identifying problems and developing recommendations that support Procurement department activities. Each day you will lead/support process improvement teams. You will also showcase your expertise by developing and communicating periodic trend and performance reports on a daily weekly and monthly basis.

In this role youll help run what runs the world by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact as you will be accountable for:

• Supporting the development and implementation of regional/global sourcingstrategies in close alignment with the global Category leader.

• Negotiating agreements with main suppliers and periodically renew pricelists terms and conditions. Running benchmark studies for the category team and for specific sourcing initiatives.

• Creating local contract amendments to frame agreements on behalf of a country and updates/maintains frame contracts.

• Supporting regional/global sourcinginitiatives within a defined set of categories working closely with key stakeholders to implement regional category strategies.

• On-boarding new suppliers in close collaboration with the respective local buyer and run regular supplier evaluations and provide supplier reports to Businesses and Category Managers.

• Fostering communication internally externally and between different Divisions Business Units and Functions and support the implementation of PL activities and initiatives in the Region/Country through this clear communication. You will join a dynamic team where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications for the Role

• You are highly skilled in teamwork and demonstrate strong flexibility.

• You have an enhanced knowledge of the Office suite Microsoft Teams and Power BI.

• You hold a degree in Management Mechanical Engineering Economics or a STEM discipline.

• You are at ease communicating in both Italian and English
