PERMANENT FULL-TIME CONTRACT (35 Hours Per Week).

Salary: 61976 - 106101 * (lsi)

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience and pro-rated for hours of work.

The Children and Young Peoples Service within Avista provide interdisciplinary team supports residential family support and education services to 0-18 year old Children and Young People with complex needs and their families. This post is being recruited for the Childrens Disability Network Team: Blakestown. The successful candidate is required to work as part of an Interdisciplinary Team that provide services to 0-18 year old children and young persons with complex needs. The candidates are also required to work in partnership with families within a family centred model.

Avista has 3 Children and Young People Disability Network Teams and the candidate may be required to work across any these 3 teams if and when the need arises.

Essential:

  • Possess a recognised professional post-graduate qualification in clinical or counselling or educational. psychology (If qualified outside the Republic of Ireland qualification must be validated by the Department of Health).
  • Must be eligible to work in the Republic of Ireland.

Full Clean Driving licence and use of a car.
