Job Summary

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 7 years of project or program management experience ideally in business development corporate strategy or a related function.
  • Proven ability to manage complex multi-departmental projects with a track record of successful outcomes.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication interpersonal and influencing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMP or similar certification is a plus.
  • Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.
  • Background in consulting investment banking corporate development or strategic planning is a bonus.

Agile Project Management:Knowledge of effective agile project management strategies and tactics; ability to plan organize monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Project Manager to join our Business Development team helping to drive our expansion on EXP recruiting and onboarding practice acquisition succession and M&A. This role is critical in driving our most important strategic initiatives from concept to execution. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment is highly organized and excels at cross-functional collaboration.

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Initiatives: Take ownership of high-impact business development projects leading them from ideation through to implementation and delivery.
  • Project Execution: Develop and manage project timelines deliverables and success metrics to ensure on-time and on-budget execution of initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across the organizationsuch as Marketing Sales Finance Operations Product and Legalto align efforts uncover dependencies and ensure unified execution.
  • Program Design & Overview: Build comprehensive project and program overviews including business cases implementation roadmaps resource plans and risk assessments.
  • Leadership & Influence: Act as a central driver of progress removing roadblocks managing stakeholders and maintaining accountability without direct authority.
  • Executive Communication: Prepare and present concise updates strategic briefings and recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze past project performance and identify opportunities to improve process efficiency scalability and execution quality.

The base salary range for this position is $100000 - $125000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.
