This Position reports to:
US Spare Parts & Repair Center ManagerIn this role you will have the opportunity to coordinate service work done at the repair centerand ensure it complies with ABBs and customers guidelines. Each day you will act as a single point of contact for the customer during the execution. You will also showcase your expertise by leading and delivering responsive support coordination to exceed customer expectations/experience.
The work model for the role is: Onsite in Bartlesville OK #LI-Onsite
This role is contributing to the Analytical and Instrumentation Service Division. Main stakeholders are customers sales and manufacturing operations.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Customer experience and coordinating the end-to-end warranty and/or revenue repair.
- Support activities that meet the KPIs (delivery revenue safety quality integrity etc.) required to successfully manage the business
- Collaborating with our factories for oversees repairs and/or warranty requests.
- Working with our planners shipping teams feeder factories quality teams on a daily basis
Qualifications for the role:
- Associates degree with 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service Logistics and/or Manufacturing. Bachelors Degree preferred
- You are immersed in / engaged in / absorbed in / highly skilled in/ you enjoy working with SAP Salesforce and/or Excel and the after sales support market
- You are passionate about helping our customers
- Candidates must already have a work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US.
