What youll do
greet and assist all guests residents and vendors with a professional friendly demeanor
answer and route a high volume of incoming calls
manage the lobby area to ensure a welcoming polished environment
support departments with administrative tasks and special projects
maintain security and sign-in procedures with accuracy and discretion
handle confidential information respectfully and responsibly
anticipate needs and provide timely follow-up and support across departments
What Youll Bring
high school diploma required
minimum three years of related customer service or administrative experience preferred
proficiency with microsoft office suite
strong organizational and communication skills
commitment to delivering excellent service in every interaction
