Are you an experienced Superintendent in the commercial roofing industry

The Externals Group are looking for a Superintendent in Norfolk to join a well-established and growing commercial roofing & building envelope contractor who specialize in delivering high-quality roofing solutions to commercial properties nationwide. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely on time and to the highest standard.

A Day in the Life:

Oversee daily operations on multiple roofing projects ensuring schedules and budgets are maintained.
Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and crews to drive progress.
Enforce on-site safety standards and compliance with company policies.
Manage materials equipment deliveries and site logistics.
Resolve on-site challenges quickly to keep work moving.
Provide leadership guidance and support to crews for top-quality results.

Key Requirements:

5 years experience as a Superintendent (or similar).
Strong background in commercial roofing with expertise in Single Ply Asphalt Hot & Cold Applied and Metal Roofing systems.
Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills to keep projects running smoothly.
