Are you a Matriculant looking to kickstart your career with the worlds leading insurance broker and risk adviser Look no further!

We are offering a limited number of opportunities to Matriculants who would like to gain workplace exposure.

Our 12-month Learnership Programme gives young individuals an opportunity to study and receive on the job training.

Locations: Cape Town/Durban/Pretoria/Sandton/Stellenbosch

Duration: 12 months (Fixed Term Contract)

What can you expect

  • Qualification at the end of the 12 months (Higher Certificate in Short Term Insurance)

  • Monthly stipend for the duration of the Learnership Programme

  • Opportunity to build a long-term career with MMC

Qualifying Criteria:

  • Matric/Grade 12 with English as a first or second language AND Maths or Maths Literacy

  • Candidates MUST be in possession of a matric certificate and/or statement of results as proof that they have passed matric in 2024 or prior

  • South African citizen

  • Between the ages of 18 and 25 years

  • Available to start 1st February 2026

  • Reside in or close to the area in which the opportunity is available

  • Should not have previously participated in any SETA funded initiative

  • Should not be participating in any post Matric studies or formal employment

  • Matric certificate and/or statement

Learners will not be permitted to participate in any post Matric studies or other initiatives whilst on the MMC Learnership programme
