Job Description

Description
  • Develop plan and implement regional product communications activities including the strategic planning and implementation of major new product launches and central vehicle programs to maintain momentum. Primary focus is on vehicles that span multiple markets.
  • Together with ASEAN Communications & IMG Product Communications Director serve as the IMG Communications team member that interfaces with the brand / product marketing and communications managers in the region on all key product activities.
  • Develop launch strategies that are aligned with marketing as well as key messages and event plans to support key product activities in the region including motorsport
  • Work with key agencies and service providers to ensure well-aligned high-quality assets and proper distribution plans
  • Contribute to internal communications on product announcements.
  • Support development of messaging and QAs to provide to markets.
  • Support ASEAN Communications & IMG Product Communications Director in back-office management of central IMG Comms team including budget offsite events (across region) certain supplier relationships and POs and governance requirements.

Qualifications
  • 7-10 years relevant experience in a related field including Marketing Communications Communications Public Relations or Journalism.
  • Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations or related field.
  • Project management experience including budget control.
  • Ability to build and cultivate relationships across markets functions and grade levels.
  • Proven ability to assist markets in creating a Communications Strategy including understanding of customers setting objectives crafting key messages aligning on appropriate channels and tactics to support.
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally on Go To Market plans especially with Marketing
  • Ability to advocate for a Communications POV.
  • Strong writing skills (English).
  • Ability to understand the motivations and needs of different target audiences both internally and externally and adapt/develop programs and resources that address these needs.
  • Strong inter-personal skills and high levels of energy ability to take responsibility for own work output to deliver strong results with minimal supervision.
