Red Hatソリューションアーキテクトチームでは お客様の課題にあわせたソリューションの提案が行えるプリセールスエンジニアを募集していますこのポジションではお客様企業のCxOやIT部門の責任者に対してどう自社のＩＴがビジネスや業務に貢献していくべきかその道筋とそこに至るまでの具体的なロードマップを描きサポートしていくポジションです一方でお客様のデジタルトランスフォーメーションを実現するために攻めのIT戦略とともに重要になってきているのが既存のIT資産の運用の効率化やコストセービングですこの攻めと守りの戦略をバランスよく立案しお客様企業のさらなる成長を支えていくことがミッションとなりますお客様の技術アドバイザーとして活動するために技術的な知識とオープンソースへの知見高いコミュニケーション能力やヒューマンスキルと共に担当する業界の知識と課題将来の方向性を理解した上でIT戦略を立案できる能力が重要です
Primary Job Responsibilities
担当する業界やお客様を深く理解しお客様のIT戦略の立案や将来計画のデザインを提案すること
顧客のビジネスやIT環境を深く理解しセールスチームと連携しながら営業戦略を立案すること
お客様コールやWorkshopの開催を通して顧客の課題を正しく理解しRed Hat 製品をどのように取り入れることができるかを評価すること
セールスチームと連携し契約を獲得できるよう案件を推進すること
Red Hatの製品およびソリューションを使ったシステム構築に関する技術情報を提供すること
製品知識や深い技術知識を駆使し顧客に概念実証 (POC)プレゼンテーションやデモを提供すること
必要なロールと連携しディスカバリーセッション/ワークショップの企画/実施をすること
全ステークホルダーに進捗/状況を正確に伝えチームとしてアイデアを創出すること
チームメンバーが自分の成功や失敗から学べるように知識や調査結果を共有すること

エンタープライズソリューションおよびアーキテクチャーの知識例: クラウド仮想化コンテナストレージRDBMSERPミドルウェアクラスタリング高可用性AI
新しい技術業務知識への積極性等自らの役割を拡大していく意欲
顧客のシステムやビジネスへの課題を理解し自分ごととして改善を検討する姿勢
ソリューションを顧客要件へ紐づけて効果的に説明する能力
お客様の業界/業態のトレンドやIT業界の技術/ソリューションへの関心
歓迎する経験スキル
プリセールス/ソリューションアーキテクト/プロジェクトマネージャ等の経験
SI/コンサルティングファーム/エンドユーザ企業での勤務経験
要件定義/設計/実装/テスト等のシステム構築に参画した経験
案件を進めていくための優れたコミュニケーション力プレゼン力交渉力に加えエンジニアリングビジネスエグゼクティブレベルとの関係構築の実績
システムや業務における課題やアイデアを創出するDiscovery Sessionの開催経験
技術的な課題をディスカッションの中で解消するWorkshopの実施経験
システム部門だけでなく業務部門も含めたお客様とのコミュニケーションや提案経験
UNIXやLinuxシステムの構築運用管理の経験あるいはJavaやモダンな開発言語を用いたアプリケーション開発の経験
アジャイル開発の実践経験
コンテナ技術やCI/CDツールを活用したアプリケーション開発運用の経験
特定業界のITシステムに関する深い知識経験
Red Hat製品(OpenShift/Ansible/AI等)の提案や設計構築の経験
業務での英語コミュニケーションの経験
