Job Summary

Are you a natural connector who thrives on helping others and making an impact At Jaybird Senior Living were looking for a Sales Coordinator to join our community team and lead the charge in welcoming new residents with compassion professionalism and energy.

What Youll Do:

Be the driving force behind new move-ins turning inquiries into tours and tours into residents.
Build strong trust-based relationships with families prospects and referral sources.
Follow up with urgencyresponding to inquiries within 30 minutes via phone text and email.
Track all outreach and interactions in our CRM system to ensure no detail is missed.
Maintain a clean inviting tour-ready community atmosphere daily.
Partner with your team on marketing events community outreach and business development.

What You Bring:

24 years of experience in senior living housing or hospitality sales
A passion for serving older adults and helping families make life-changing decisions
Strong communication organization and follow-up skills
Confidence in using CRM tools and closing the sale
