Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
1. Support laying out and implement strategies to complete work assignments per the schedule.
2. Oversee work being performed in the plant labs and shops by Maintenance/contactor personnel.
3. Help crew members develop work related skills pertaining to their job and perform task evaluations to validate team members are following processes and procedures.
4. Provide support to answer technical work-related questions to the team.
5. Support developing troubleshooting plans and provide oversight for troubleshooting activities for equipment related problems in the power plant to correct conditions.
6. Set expectations based on Nuclear Department goals.
7. Provide feedback to Planning when we see a better or more cost-effective way of performing certain jobs.
8. Maintain necessary qualifications and expertise to be able to respond and lead in plant response to upset conditions within the Nuclear Emergency Response Organization.
