Marketing Coordinator

LendKey is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support events and marketing activities for various teams at an established financial technology company.

What Youll Be Doing

Tradeshows & Conference

• Support planning and logistics for conferences/tradeshows for sales account management business development and home improvement teams
• Pack and ship tradeshow booth materials and promotional items
• Schedule and arrange shipping for event materials
• Coordinate pre/post-event calls and register team members for conferences
• Help with speaking proposals and event sponsorship commitments with the B2B Marketing team

Advisory Council

• Assist with planning and organizing annual Advisory Council meeting
• Research and recommend potential offsite venues
• Collaborate on attendee lists send invitations and manage post-event feedback
• Organize on-site activities
• Design simple event collateral (agendas menus name tags)
• Partner with team on budget review and tracking

Marketing Admin & Support

• Manage online print shop for event materials
• Handle compliance submissions related to marketing
• Create and schedule social media event posts
• Coordinate promotional emails with marketing team members
• Order promotional items and maintain inventory of display supplies
• Keep team member records current for registration purposes
• Assemble and distribute sales and travel kits as needed
• Support campaign tracking in Salesforce
• Assist with podcast guest scheduling and research/data collection
• Provide general administrative support as needed

What Were Looking For:

• Bachelors degree in marketing or a similar field (or related experience)
• 1-2 years marketing or event coordination experience preferred
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable proactively collaborating with diverse teams and partners
• Familiarity with Canva or basic design software is a plus
• Experience with social media and event promotion encouraged
• Willingness to learn detail-oriented and adaptable
• Credit union or finance industry experience a plus
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently
