TheChemical Cleaning Sales Representative is responsible for the profitable revenue growth throughout the designated areas of coverage and responsibility for their respective line of business specialties within Technical Services Site Services or Onsite Services.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Works with LOB Management in formulating developing and implementing market strategies market penetration and business goals and objectives for their assigned lines of business
  • Responsible for the revenue growth for the line of business as assigned within the assigned region or territory. Revenue growth must beat Company targets and must be consistent from year to year.
  • Directly responsible for meeting and exceeding the outside revenue expectations on a monthly quarterly and annual basis.
  • Attend Business Development Meetings and Regional Sales meetings to maximize communication to local Specialists and Account Managers regarding technical expertise LOB/enhancements value proposition and competitor updates as needed
  • Ensure local business development agents sell ahead of opportunities and clearly define each customers non-price value proposition.
  • Responsible for account ownership and designated revenue responsibility in assigned accounts
  • Provide technical expertise with regards to planning and execution of the assigned LOB
  • Maintain company/contact information and document all sales calls customer visits and business opportunities in Beacon/Salesforce
  • Assist with significant job scopes and customer appointments as necessary
  • Active Member of the marketing team targeting specific Verticals as needed. Work with local Sales and Operations Facility Operations and Vertical Sales to grow revenue in their LOB

Skills and Experience:

  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft Outlook programs
  • Salesforce Experience
  • Knowledge included but not limited to in-market knowledge and an in-depth understanding of the competitors and their capabilities.
  • Must be able to support strategic pricing based on market and competitor knowledge


Qualifications

What does it take to work for HPC-Industrial

  • B.S./B.A. degree in Environmental Science or Business Management preferred
  • 3-5 years of Industrial Services Sales - required
  • Experience in Chemical Cleaning Sales - preferred
  • Valid drivers license & clean driving record
