The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building and influencing skills preferably with experience in sales marketing or operational leadership. As a strategic partner you will develop and implement plans to help the business achieve its goals and people strategies. You will build a strong consultative relationship and advise leaders on performance management organizational design employee engagement talent planning and change management. Your strategic agility and experience navigating ongoing organizational changes will be key to driving meaningful results.
What youll do:
Foster a strong consultative relationship with assigned divisions serving as the primary HR point of contact and trusted advisor for employees at all levels of the organization
Develop and implement strategies to help the business achieve its goals and people strategies. Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to identify the root causes of opportunities or challenges the business is facing. Create and execute HR plans and solutions that address these needs ensuring they align with Premeras objectives and HR program goals.
Support assigned division with change management and employee engagement efforts
Provide input to HR on the design and implementation of HR programs initiatives and policies. Facilitate the introduction of these programs and policies to the business and its leaders
Leverage data and subject matter experts to support divisional needs and influence people related decisions
Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and employment laws; identify risks and engage appropriate HR partners to address those issues
Ensure compliance and consistency with Company and HR related policies
What youll bring:
Bachelors Degree in Business Human Resources Organizational Development or related field or 4 years work experience (Required)
8 years experience working as an HR Business Partner or similar relevant experience in a strategic advisory or consultative HR role including previous experience working directly with directors and C-suite staff (Required)
Demonstrated ability to build credibility and confidence with a wide variety of employees and leaders as a trusted advisor and confidant; ability to influence individuals at all levels of the organization
High level of professionalism; ability to balance urgency with patience and compassion
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail; ability to analyze data understand trends and develop recommendations for action
Experience driving organizational and culture change; influencing challenging personalities

The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including but not limited to a candidates geographic location market conditions and specific skills and experience.
The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.
National Plus Salary Range:
$109000.00 - $185300.00*National Plus salary range is used in higher cost of labor markets including Western Washington and Alaska.
