As a Senior Sales Operations Specialistyou will play a key role in assisting the sales operations function for the Industrial Automation (IA) Strategic Business Group (SBG) within the Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) Strategic Business Unit (SBU). You will be accountable for driving sales incentive planning operational efficiency optimizing sales processes and assisting the sales team in achieving their targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and Sales incentive initiatives.
  • Lead the deployment execution and governance of sales incentive programs ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to drive sales performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services
  • Lead the deployment execution and governance of sales incentive programs ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Support sales into managing and developing their opportunity pipeline
  • Support and drive sales in managing their pipeline as per the company SFDC guideline (pipeline hygiene KPI)

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related field
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field
  • Strong thoughtful and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and people-oriented skills
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
  • Proficient in PowerBI
  • Experience in the industrial automation industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced highly matrixed environment.
  • Ability to take initiative and work with limited direction.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales analytics tools
