We are recruiting for a Multi Skilled Operator to join our Nuneaton facility working permanent nights. With the opportunity to gain a forklift licence you will be maintaining the flow of stock and packaging into our Prepack operations.
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off - Nights 6pm 6am
Salary: 35333.28 per annum site bonus scheme
YOULL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER BY
Monitoring and recording quality and temperature checks on all inbound stock
Dispatching our finished goods products to storage
Keeping a high standard of H&S and food safety in line with Manufacturing Performance Systems (MPS)
Identifying continuous improvement opportunities
Looking to identify and propose cost saving initiatives
YOURE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU ARE
Comfortable with being on your feet for extended periods
Experienced in manual handling tasks
