Were seeking a Reliability and Maintenance Engineer to drive equipment performance uptime and asset longevity across our this role you will develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs apply Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles and provide hands-on troubleshooting for automation and electronic systems.
You will partner with Operations Engineering and Procurement to improve OEE reduce unplanned downtime and plan strategic equipment upgrades all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and reliability excellence.
What Youll Do:
Lead preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to boost equipment uptime
Drive OEE and reliability improvement projects using TPM and Lean tools
Provide technical troubleshooting for automation PLCs and electronics
Support capital projects with reliability insights and ROI analysis
Mentor maintenance teams in reliability and troubleshooting best practices
What Youll Bring:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering
57 years experience in reliability or maintenance engineering within manufacturing
Hands-on experience with PLCs automation and industrial electronics
Proven success implementing TPM RCM or predictive maintenance programs
CMRP certification a plus
The estimated hourly range for this position is $90K - $110K plus pay is dependent on multiple factors such as skills experience and work location and is not typically at the top of the range.
