Our valued manufacturing partner in Milwaukee Wisconsin is looking for experienced Machine Operators with set up experience to join their growing team!

Note: this is a direct hire opportunity working for the company directly.

Key Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:

Set up adjust and operate high- and low-speed machines to produce precision fasteners
Operate auxiliary equipment and troubleshoot jams or malfunctions
Align and secure dies adjust speeds part-forming rolls and safety devices
Load raw materials into feeders install tools and make adjustments as needed
Use precision measuring tools while following manufacturing instructions and control plans
Keep equipment and work area clean; recommend safety or efficiency improvements
Monitor productivity metrics and communicate progress
Train and cross-train with other operators; work independently
Perform other duties as assigned

Who qualifies for the Machine Operator role

Basic reading writing and math skills
Mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools and machinery
Ability to focus prioritize and communicate effectively
Able to lift/pull up to 40 lbs

Schedule & Pay for the Machine Operator position:

1st shift flexible with a 5 AM or 6 AM start time (8 hour shifts)
Starting pay:$24/hr (higher rates available based on experience)
