Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Investor Relations Analyst to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and communicating the companys investment narrative to the financial community. The ideal candidate will bring buy-side experience a deep understanding of capital markets and exceptional writing and communication skills.
What a typical day looks like:
- Investor Communication: Develop and maintain compelling investor materials including earnings scripts press releases investor presentations Q&A documents and annual reports.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze market trends peer performance and investor sentiment to inform internal stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
- Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for institutional investors analysts and other stakeholders; coordinate investor meetings roadshows and conferences.
- Financial Analysis: Collaborate with finance and strategy teams to interpret financial results and translate them into clear investor-friendly messaging.
- Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate disclosure in compliance with SEC regulations and company policies.
- Strategic Messaging: Help craft and refine the companys long-term equity story and investment thesis.
What were looking to add to our team:
- Experience: 7-8 years of experience in investor relations equity research investment management or corporate finance. Buy-side experience strongly preferred.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Communications or a related field; MBA or CFA a plus.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling ability with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with IR tools and platforms (e.g. Bloomberg FactSet Q4 Nasdaq IR Insight).
