Job Summary

COLSA is seeking for a motivated and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to support the development and maintenance of critical information management solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform (SharePoint Power BI Power Automate) and be capable of rapidly developing and refining solutions in an agile environment. This position requires a proactive individual comfortable with ambiguity and evolving requirements focused on delivering impactful results. The developer will be responsible for translating user needs into functional scalable and secure applications within the Microsoft ecosystem.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)

Develop test deploy and maintain SharePoint solutions including custom web parts workflows and applications.
Design and implement Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrate with other systems.
Create interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to visualize data and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements define scope and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including planning design development testing and deployment.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint Power BI and Power Automate applications.
Work with large disparate datasets to extract transform and load (ETL) data for analysis and reporting.
Document technical designs code and configurations.
