Summary
As a Human Resources Intern you will be an integral part of our HR team gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources. This internship offers an opportunity to apply theoretical knowledge gained in academic settings to real-world scenarios while contributing to the success of our firm. You will work closely with HR professionals assisting in recruitment employee relations training and development and assisting both HR and our Administrative team.

Education and/or Experience
Pursuing BS in Human Resources Management or related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Language Skills
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions short correspondence and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers clients and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add subtract multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Computer Skills
Proficient or familiar in MS Office Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint.
Certificates Licenses Registrations
Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.

This position will work in a typical office environment mostly located indoor with windows. This position may experience frequent interruptions conversations equipment noise or other background noise. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
Compensation:
Hourly Rate: $19.50/hr. -$21/hr.
