Billing Engineer

Are you ready to discover the role of a Billing Engineer in Netcompany

As a Billing Engineer you will:

• Analyze customer billing requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Design configure and implement billing system enhancements and customizations.
• Conduct thorough testing of billing solutions including unit integration and performance testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation user guides and operational procedures.
• Provide production support troubleshooting and resolution of billing system issues.
• Monitor system performance and perform regular maintenance activities.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
• Proven 2-3 years of experience in developing configuring and maintaining billing solutions preferably in telecom utilities or fintech.
• Hands-on expertise with billing platforms such as Oracle BRM/CCS Amdocs or Ericsson etc
• Strong technical skills in Oracle SQL/PL-SQL scripting (Shell/Python/Perl) REST/SOAP APIs Kubernetes/Docker Git & CI/CD.
• Solid understanding of billing processes: rating charging invoicing product catalog revenue recognition and taxation.
• Experience with cloud-native billing solutions microservices DevOps practices and regulatory compliance (PCI-DSS GDPR) is a plus.
