Responsibilities
- Deliver automotive productsto customers in a timely safe and professional manner.
- Load and unload inventoryfrom company vehicles ensuring accuracy and care.
- Maintain delivery logsand verify customer orders upon delivery.
- Provide excellent customer serviceduring deliveries and resolve minor issues or escalate as needed.
- Assist in warehouse operations including stocking organizing and inventory management.
- Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles reporting any issues or required maintenance.
- Follow all safety proceduresand company policies during deliveries and warehouse tasks.
- Communicate effectivelywith the operations team regarding delivery schedules and customer feedback.
- Support sales effortsby identifying customer needs and reporting opportunities to the sales team.
- Represent the company professionally at all times maintaining a clean and presentable appearance
Requirements
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver license in the state that you will work and be insurable with our carrier
- Must be willing to submit to drug screening and background check.
