Are you passionate about shaping the future of software products that connect people and drive meaningful outcomes We are seeking a strategic and visionary Global Product Manager to lead one or more products within our Communication Software this role you will be responsible for setting the long-term vision and strategy driving product discovery and ensuring commercial success through market insights innovation and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with Tech Design and Product Managers in other teams and with multiple internal groups.
Key Responsibilities
Vision Strategy & Roadmapping
- Define the long-term product vision and strategy.
- Set product roadmaps aligned with portfolio strategy and business objectives.
- Convert user and customer insights into actionable requirements and roadmap items.
Discovery Research & Validation
- Drive discovery and rapid experimentation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify innovation opportunities and growth drivers.
- Analyze financial feasibility and growth potential for product initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners to gather insights and test assumptions.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Launch new products and manage end-of-life plans for sunset-stage products.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate closely with Design Engineering Market Units and other Product Managers to ensure alignment and data-driven decisions.
- Communicate product vision and outcomes clearly across internal and external teams.
- Represent and advocate for the product publicly as a strong voice and ambassador.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business or technology.
5 years of experience in software product management and SaaS.
Data-informed decision-maker with experience in using data to inform product strategy and measure performance.
Proven success in developing go-to-market strategies for new and emerging segments.
Strong commercial and business acumen.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work across teams and stakeholders.
Strong internal drive and motivation to challenge the status quo.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to gather teams around common objectives.
Thorough understanding of great product experiences.
Preferred Certifications
Certification in product management methodologies
Training or certification in customer-centric design or technology product design
Professional development in scaled agile frameworks or enterprise product management
Work Environment
Hybrid work environment
Occasional international travel required to engage with global teams customers and markets.
