Job Summary
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and scale Fevers global ambassador network and drive high-impact influencer marketing campaigns across our experiences worldwide.
- Design and execute large-scale global influencer marketing strategies and creative campaigns.
- Scout negotiate and onboard strategic partners to our Fever Ambassador Program network including influencers creators agencies and local online communities through both organic and commission-based models.
- Manage and grow a global community of Fever Ambassadors fostering long-term relationships and incentivizing their revenue performance.
- Leverage data insights to optimize ongoing partnerships and campaigns ensuring efficient resource allocation and measurable results.
- Own full campaign workflows from outreach and negotiations to briefings content delivery contracts and invoices.
- Develop and test local initiatives to educate ambassadors in content creation best practices and drive revenue growth across their communities.
- Explore new partnership opportunities across all global social media platforms.
- Set clear goals monitor performance and implement strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Drive innovative projects to enhance both brand presence and revenue growth.
About You
- Fluent in English and Spanish; additional proficiency in French German Portuguese or other languages is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing or affiliate marketing.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of managing and monetizing relationships with influencers or affiliates.
- Strong data-driven and business-oriented mindset.
- Up-to-date with social media trends and technologies with the ability to identify best-fit influencers.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities for cross-territory collaboration.
- Adaptable to the fast-paced environment of a digital startup.
- Detail-oriented critical thinker and problem solver.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid Spain.
