Job Summary
Location: Remote: Travel Required up to 3 weeks per month (Live within close approximationof a major airport)
Compensation: $95000$120000 annually (based on experience and performance)

What Youll Do
As a Service Advisor Performance Coach youll partner with owners general managers service directors andfront-line staff to:
Audit operations and identify profit leaks
Train advisors in real-world selling strategies
Coach managers in leadership accountability KPI mastery and execution
Help teams transform not just numbersbut culture
Youll be on-site with dealerships across the U.S. and Canada delivering hands-on coaching and tactical implementation. Its not consulting from a PowerPointits in-the-trenches transformation.
Note: There is a component of coaching that is a virtual coaching plus youll work shoulder-to-shoulder with dealerships in person.
This Role Is Not for Everyone.

- You will travel up to 3 weeks per month

- You cannot rely on theoryyou must bring real-world documented service management success
- No prior coaching experience neededjust a strong track record and a willingness to coach
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
3 years of Service Advisor experience with driving big results.
Proven results in customer satisfaction profitability and team engagement.
Passion for teaching others what youve mastered
Excellent communication skillscomfortable leading training and working with all personality types
A flexible schedule and hunger for travel and impact

Public speaking or training experience
- Not only having automotive dealer experience but commercial truck dealer experience.
Experience managing multiple rooftops or large-volume stores
