As a Client Onboarding and Service Talent Enablement Training Senior Associate within JPMorgan Chase you will play a pivotal role in designing delivering and evaluating high-quality training programs that enhance employee skills and productivity. - Ensure consistency and quality in the learning development process by adhering to established standard operating procedures and controls.
- Evaluate participants comprehension of course content and adjust instructional approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
- Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in the development and publication of learning solutions maintaining high standards of content accuracy and quality.
- Oversee program administration during pilot phases and specific project stages ensuring smooth execution and effective management.
Required Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
Preferred Qualifications Capabilities and Skills
- Experience in financial services or a related industry.
- Advanced certifications in learning and development instructional design or related disciplines.
- Familiarity with adult learning principles and modern instructional methodologies.
- Experience with data-driven evaluation of learning effectiveness and impact.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent in business financial services human resources learning and development education or a related field.
