Registered Nurse (RN) Palliative Care/Med Surg

Job Type: Part time 12-hour nights shifts

Department/Unit Summary

Palliative Care is a combined 41 bed unit consisting of palliative and medical-surgical patients. We offer flexible scheduling which allows our nurses to have input in what they work. Full Time nurses work 3 12-hr shifts; daylight varies with mostly 7a shifts and nightshift works straight 7ps. Teamwork is where we take the most pride. Compassion and a listening ear are what we give our patients and their family members!

Qualifications and requirements
Applicants should have a current state RN license and possess a bachelors degree from an accredited nursing school. Additional requirements include:

Basic Life Support certification

Experience in medical nursing and oncology nursing preferred

Oncology Nursing Certification upon meeting eligibility preferred
