THE POSITION:
STACK is seeking a detail-oriented Enterprise Applications Support Analyst to support the Business Systems Manager and primarily ensure the effective operation of our Procore construction management platform. This role is instrumental in assisting with system administration user support data analysis and compliance documentation. The successful candidate will play a vital part in maintaining smooth daily operations while helping execute larger system initiatives.
This position requires strong organizational skills technical aptitude and the ability to collaborate across finance development and construction teams.
System Administration and Support
  • Assist with the daily administration of the Procore platform including but not limited to configuration updates user account setup and permissions management.
  • Monitor system performance and escalate technical issues to the Business Systems Manager as needed.
  • Provide first-line support to users resolving common issues and escalating complex cases.
Training and User Enablement
  • Develop user guides quick reference materials and onboarding documentation to improve adoption and proficiency.
  • Assist in delivering training sessions and workshops for employees across different departments.
  • Track user feedback and identify areas where additional training or resources may be needed.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Collect and prepare data for analytics frameworks under the guidance of the Business Systems Manager.
  • Generate routine performance financial and efficiency reports for cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and consistency across the platform.
Integration and Enhancements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration projects and system enhancements.
  • Perform testing and validation of new features before deployment.
  • Document processes and outcomes from system updates or integration initiatives.
Risk Management and Documentation
  • Assist in gathering system data to support risk assessments and identify issues affecting enterprise applications.
  • Help maintain and regularly update documentation for system operations changes and enhancements
THE DETAILS:
  • Location: Denver CO in office 3 days a week
  • Travel: 10%
  • Compensation: $95000 - $110000 target bonus

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must pass comprehensive background screening
MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in Information Systems Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Procore or similar construction/project management platforms
  • 2-5 years of experience with NetSuite and/or PowerBI strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on expertise with IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks and tools (e.g. ITIL ServiceNow Jira Service Management Freshservice) including incident problem and change management best practices a bonus.
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel MS Word and MS PowerPoint
