Hunton Distribution a division of Hunton Group in Houston TX () has a new and exciting opportunity for you to join our organization as a HVAC Field Service Representative. Selected individual will be responsible for providing telephone and field technical support to Trane Dealers contractors Hunton Distribution employees and consumers for Trane equipment and all other products sold by Hunton Distribution.

Responsibilities:
- Handle all telephone requests for technical assistance.
- Handle all consumer complaints and requests for technical information.
- Provide technical support to all Trane Dealers and HD customers.
- Provide on the job site assistance to customers when required.
- Assist customers in technical problem resolution. Discuss evaluate and counsel customers on possible solutions to technical problems.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues related to Trane or other HD products system application design installation operation and maintenance.
- Provide customer training on Trane and other HD products servicing system application design installation operation maintenance and problem resolution.
- Keep technically current on products services and HVAC systems in order to provide up to date technical information for internal and external customers.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent public speaking skills.
- Ability to exercise good business judgment in complex situations.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Ability to read analyze and interpret general business periodicals professional journals technical data and information and governmental regulations.
- Ability to effectively write reports business correspondence and procedural papers.
- Good business and technical math skills.
Education and/or Experience Required:
- Must have extensive knowledge of Trane HVAC systems and equipment both residential and light commercial.
- Must have extensive field experience in troubleshooting servicing and repairing HVAC equipment.
- Service management experience in a contracting environment is preferred but not required.
- Minimum of a high school diploma required.
