About the Role

Our client is seeking a Medical Assistant Urgent Care to cover an extended leave. Key responsibilities include charting checking vitals and occasional phlebotomy. Patient volume is 14-25 patients daily. This role is ideal for someone who is team oriented dependable with a high-level of professional standards.

Key Requirements/Qualifications

Prior experience as a medical assistant
Experience with Cerner preferred but will accept similar technologies including Epic
Certifications and a college degree
BLS certification acceptable agency: American Red Cross or American Heart Association

Work Schedule: 40 hours/week

Must be available to work three 12-hour shifts and one 4-hour shift per week
Every third week work two 12-hour shifts one 4-hour shift and a weekend shift (Sat. and Sun. 10:00 AM 4:00 PM)
Must be available to work minor holidays (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)

The client will consider candidates who desire Mon - Fri (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
