The Role

As the engineering lead you will be responsible for:

Building and leading a high-performing engineering team including hiring recruiting and training.
Scoping out timelines and milestones to ensure the engineering team delivers projects on time.
Securing any necessary resources for the engineering team.
Setting the technical direction and strategy for the engineering team.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Proven experience leading an engineering team that has successfully built and brought high-volume products to market.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate engineering teams.
Prior experience in a startup-like environment showcasing adaptability forward-thinking and the ability to build from the ground up without excessive bureaucracy.
Preferably comes from the HVAC space (not required).
