You are passionate about transforming complex data into actionable insights that drive customer growth retention and satisfaction At SIXT we are looking for a Senior Analyst Customer Insights (m/f/d) to uncover opportunities across the customer journey and influence strategic decisions with Marketing Product Digital Operations and CRM teams. YOUR ROLE AT SIXT
You own end-to-end analytics on customer questions like acquisition retention cross-sell upsell churn and lifetime value
You design analyze and operationalize experiments (A/B and multivariate tests) to optimize digital journeys pricing promotions and CRM campaigns
You build and maintain customer segmentations churn models and lifecycle frameworks that enable targeted experiences and communications
You conduct deep-dive analyses across web app and station touchpoints connecting insights to business impact
You develop clear dashboards and metrics enabling self-serve insights and data-driven decision-making for stakeholders
You present insights and recommendations to senior leaders driving strategic initiatives across the business
YOUR SKILLS MATTER
Experience You bring 3 years of experience in customer product or growth analytics ideally in an international environment
Technical Skills You are an expert in SQL and skilled in Python or R for advanced analysis modeling and wrangling large datasets
Statistical Knowledge You are confident in experimental design hypothesis testing regression time series and retention analysis
Data Visualization You are experienced with BI tools (Tableau Looker Power BI or Quicksight) and skilled at data storytelling for non-technical audiences
Business Acumen You translate complex business questions into structured analyses measurable outcomes and actionable recommendations
Language You have excellent English skills; German or other European languages are a plus
