AI Engineer | Leadership in Machine Learning, Data Science & AI Innovation

Overall Responsibilities:

• Lead AI/ML/Data Science projects for Synechrons clients and ensure successful delivery
• Mentor and guide junior AI/ML/Data Science team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide subject matter expertise in AI/ML/Data Science
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML/Data Science trends and technologies
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in AI/ML/Data Science

Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in AI/ML/Data Science including machine learning algorithms deep learning NLP computer vision etc.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python R SQL etc.
• Experience with AI/ML/Data Science tools and frameworks such as TensorFlow PyTorch etc.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions to complex data science problems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients

Experience:

• Minimum 07 years of experience in AI/ML/Data Science with at least 03 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully delivering AI/ML/Data Science projects
• Experience in mentoring and leading a team of AI/ML/Data Science professionals

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Lead AI/ML/Data Science projects ensuring successful delivery
• Mentor and guide junior team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide subject matter expertise in AI/ML/Data Science
• Stay updated with latest AI/ML/Data Science trends and technologies
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in AI/ML/Data Science

Qualification:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science AI or related field

Soft Skills:

• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Passionate about AI/ML/Data Science and staying updated with latest trends and technologies.
