Job Summary
In this position you will:
- Receive inbound phone calls from prospects and use your proven sales skills to enroll them in one or more of the clients insurance products.
- Make outbound phone calls to prospects and use proven effective sales techniques to enroll them in one or more of the clients insurance products (when applicable).
- Gather all required data; determine eligibility; build relationships and establish rapport with callers to gain trust and manage follow-up calls to ensure timely responses
- Utilize effective salesmanship and excellent customer service skills on all inbound and outbound calls
- Accurately process application/ information in sales and customer systems; and track/record outcome of calls as well as issues and inquiries requiring follow-up

Qualifications :
Must have active L&H insurance license valid in state of residence
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Solid experience using Microsoft Office Suite
