Title: Receptionist
Location: Baltimore MD
Pay: $18-21.50/hour
Type: Temporary potential to go Perm
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm EST
Description:
We are seeking a temporary Receptionist to manage phone calls schedule appointments and handle mail distribution. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls scheduling meetings sending reminders and maintaining a professional and organized calendar. The receptionist will also manage incoming and outgoing mail ensuring proper distribution and timely delivery while providing general office support and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Additional Responsibilities include:
- Submit and follow up on bills records and report requests
- Provide assistance to case mangers.
Requirements:- 1 Year Minimum in a professional office setting.
- Strong Communication Skills (written and oral)
- Professional Demeanor
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
