Where we Work
Udemy is a global company headquartered in San Francisco with additional U.S. offices in Denver and Austin and international hubs in Australia India Ireland Mexico and Türkiye. This is an in-office position requiring three days a week in the office (Tuesday Wednesday Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.
About your skills

About this role
As the senior manager for the web conversion team you will be managing a large team of developers that deliver amazing user experiences to Udemy users.
What youll be doing
Developing new features for Udemy users
Managing a complex roadmap with many competing priorities
Coaching and mentoring junior engineers to help them with their career
Working with manager peers to complete large projects
Projecting capacity for future work
Pushing the latest best technical practices to your team
What youll have
A strong background in React and NextJS
Expert use of Jira for planning
Previous experience managing small teams of developers
Experience working in medium to large businesses with many priorities
Experience growing and mentoring junior engineers
