- Coordinate and support stakeholder engagement events communications and projects.
- Full-time appointment on an ongoing basis.
- Base salary range: $95231 $100643 p.a. plus 17% superannuation.

About the opportunity
- Coordinate and support events and stakeholder engagement including industry forums networking sessions and internal workshops to advance strategic objectives.
- Develop communications such as website content capability statements promotional materials project reports and presentations.
- Provide high-level administrative and project support to the Office of Industry and Commercial Development ensuring compliance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or experience in project coordination marketing communications or event management.
- Demonstrated experience in planning and delivering professional events and stakeholder engagement activities.
- Strong written communication skills including the ability to draft reports promotional content and correspondence for diverse audiences.
- High-level interpersonal and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and digital communication tools.
Note: Occasional travel within the state and interstate may be required.
